Rule 5 of the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts requires each court to file with the Clerk of the Supreme Court a current copy of its local rules of court or a letter certifying that no changes have been made to the most recently submitted rules by Feb. 1 of each year.

Courts may send a current copy of the local rules or a letter certifying that no changes have been made to LocalRules@sc.ohio.gov.

If a link is provided in the second column (titled “Court”), it will take the user to the local court’s Web site. If a link is provided in the third column (titled “Local Rules”), it will take the user to a copy of the court’s local rules. If the third column is empty or the direct link to a local court’s local rules appears to be broken, please refer to the local court’s main Web site.

If you are unable to locate or access a court’s local rules on this Web site, please contact the Office of the Clerk at 614.387.9530 as the local rules may be available in another format.
