Morrison Appointed to Supreme Court's Commission on Professionalism
The Supreme Court of Ohio has appointed Sarah D. Morrison, a partner with the law firm Chester Willcox & Saxbe, as vice-chair of the Court's Commission on Professionalism. Morrison has served on the commission since 2003.
The purpose of the Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism is to promote professionalism among attorneys admitted to practice law in Ohio, devoting its attention to the law as a profession and to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and honor among members of the profession. Much of the commission's work in the last year has been devoted to the development and implementation of the Court's Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program.
Morrison received her law degree from Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio bar in November 1997. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, election law, and representation of clients before the Ohio General Assembly. She is a member of the Columbus, Ohio and American bar associations.
